Hangzhou Jinhua Gas Equipment Development Co., Ltd. was built in 2001. After a few years’ running, it has been developed as a special manufacturer who researches and exploits air separation plant. Along with the continuous innovation of technology and extension of production scale, and improves quality management system and organizational structure. The company has renamed to “Hangzhou Jinhua Gas Equipment Co., Ltd” in Mar. 16th 2007, and conformities the official businesses and produces structure, meets the better and faster development and the market competitive requisition. The official business and the production base of company moved to 390 shaoxing Road hangzhou in MAY 2007.
In 2003, it passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification, and passes annual audit. It has joined in Hangzhou Zhenxing Boiler Vessel Equipment Company. At present, the company has been able to manufacture the D1 & D2 pressure vessels.
These year，the company exploits new products every year.
Since exploiting new type pressure swing adsorption oxygen plant & nitrogen plant in 2001, the company exploits new products and launches them into the market every year, obtaining well social benefit.
In 2002, the company took the lead in exploiting energy-saving full low pressure positive flowrate expansion type 180 series oxygen plant in domestic markets.
In 2003, the company took the lead again in exploiting internal compression full low pressure positive flowrate expansion type oxygen plant in domestic markets.
In 2004, the company, which was the first exploited new 600m3/h full low pressure, type oxygen plant in domestic markets. The company reconstructed technology of a 300m3/h middle pressure type oxygen plant and manufactured, so the plant was saved 100 degree electricity consumption per hour and increased 20% oxygen output.
In 2005, in order to insuring the reliability of plant that exported to Iraq, we set up the commissioning platform for 180m3/h air separation plant and accomplished the commissioning of plant successfully.
In December 2005, the new air separation plant with double main condensers that manufactured alone by our company passed the concerned check in domestic small scale air separation plant industry. The new plant can produce industrial oxygen, medicine oxygen and pressure nitrogen at the same time, which greatly enhanced the performance & price competition of our plants.
In 2006, the export production value was greatly increased. In the passed five months, our products have been exported to Philippines, Korea, Kazakstan, etc.
Due to rapidly develop in every respect, the product design, exploit and produce capacities of the company are continuously enhanced in these years and the production value is doubled every year. Now, the company has developed as an air separation plant manufacturer who obtains certain report in domestic air separation plant industry. Our products spread all over the country, selling to Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shangdong, Anhui, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Shanxi, Shanxi, Hubei, Liaoning, Guizhou, Yunnan, Xinjiang,etc. and we also have many products exported.
